Take digital mainstream

Digital needs to stop being seen as something that someone else is going to do to you or for you.  Creating digital departments makes the problem someone else’s – this is much more than taking a “digital first” approach; it is developing the cultural change where digital is no longer seen as needing to be specifically covered but is part of the baseline for everything that is done.

The successful implementation of this strategy should mean that the word digital can be dropped from the conversation.

Why the contribution is important

Digital transformation is all too often experienced in monochrome and not full Technicolor because it is approached with analogue thinking, analogue hierarchy and analogue ways of working.  A step change in the way we talk about digital capability is required to unlock the potential and build full engagement.
