Allow children to socialise in school bubbles

Right now children can't play together indoors outside of school. In winter this will be really hard. Could primary school children be allowed to mix socially with children who they share a classroom with? It seems a minimal additional risk but would be so helpful and reassuring for them.

Children's wellbeing has to be paramount throughout.
