Allow families to bubble with one other. This will allow families with relatives who are in other countries etc to have a small support network with close friends.
Why the contribution is important
It's the little things like being able to share a cuppa or glass of wine or meal with another family that would help in the coming winter months. Single people can bubble with one other so why can't a family?
