Amend Data Protection Act

Amend Data Protection laws to allow charities and public sector organizations to share information when we consent to it, to provide more streamlined public services in the digital world.

Currently, extreme levels of bureaucracy and red tape prevent many 3rd sector organizations plugging into Local Authorities and NHS services. Similarly, Local Authorities and other public sector organizations do not share information due to data protection regulations. Amend these to build momentum on all the digital innovations that are occurring in the current climate.
