Ban smoking outside communal entrances to blocks of flats

Residents of blocks of flats in Scotland are facing a daily increased risk of catching coronavirus from the exhaled breaths of smokers standing near communal close doors. This needs to be banned in line with the rest of the UK.

Why the contribution is important

This is an avoidable health risk to everyone entering and leaving blocks of flats with communal entrance doors in Scotland.

Absolutely no evidence of this whatsoever

This should be banned anyways. Dirty smokers not wanting to pollute their own property happily stand next to other properties with windows open happily polluting theirs. Smokers have no conciderations for anyone but themselves.

One presumes there is logic in increased risk of COVID from the exhale of smoke which comes directly from the lungs and airways
