I agree kids need to remain in school but the amount of different families blending within each classroom just make it the breeding ground we're trying to avoid. I also agree the staggering the times of entry/exit times for schools is a must. At the moment parents and kids are gathered in droves at these times with most not adhering to social distancing rules. I live on the doorstep of a primary school and see this every school day. Why are the government not utilising the use of community centres as extra classrooms to reduce class sizes. Most community centres are within walking distance from schools.
Why the contribution is important
It is important to keep kids in school and reduce the fear parents and staff have of bringing/spreading the virus from possible asymptomatic carrying.
