Compulsory face masks outdoors
Face masks should be compulsory outdoors as well at busy times of the day when main streets are crowded and it is difficult to maintain social distancing even when walking. They should be compulsory while queueing and at bus stops. Police and Covid-19 Marshalls can patrol around the city and check if the rule is followed and in this way it is easy to check and fine people who are not complying with the rule. If there is an exception due to medical conditions, a certificate should be carried at all times and children should be wearing masks too as they can get and spread the virus as everybody else.
Why the contribution is important
This idea is important in order to avoid the spread of the virus in outdoor areas where social distancing is difficult to follow. In this way, people would be already wearing face masks when entering shops/supermarkets/venues and when getting the bus, avoiding people entering facilities without one as they should be wearing one already.
