Compulsory use of "face-masks" and not "face coverings"

The use of "face coverings" like scarves or tissues should be banned and just proper surgical or washable face-masks should be used.

The use of face-covering such as scarves or tissues is not efficient to avoid the spread of COVID-19 as they do not protect properly and therefore must not be advised for use. Proper face-masks must be compulsory.
