Create a COVID specific role to support hospitality through the road map, similar to an EHO or an LSO.

Will help with compliance
Provide guidance
Supply additional support, signs, posters
Register 1m and 2m premises
Feedback from trade back up the chain on measures that work and don’t work

Rather than have blankets bans/rules which are financially hurting all hospitality businesses, especially those that are safe and following rules focus on compliance and support.

If the trade has support to ensure compliance and standards are being met across the whole of hospitality and it is consistent, then the requirement for blanket measures can be reduced and they can be more premise specific.
