Democracy fairness hope job search in difficult times

Virtually every extended family has a member who has a conviction, which may have involved a prison sentence, with an associated unspent conviction period, which will not have been reduced, even if the prison sentence was cut short.
Whilst the UK Governments, are all desperately trying to; Boost National Security, Economy, Trade, Jobs & Investment across the UK, which is getting harder by the day, the employment market & availability of jobs (Old or New) is forecasted to get significantly worse.
It is no-ones interest, that people with "Unspent Convictions" , will find it increasingly difficult to find a job, & provide for their families.
It is predictable that ongoing unemployment, without hope, is highly likely to result in further criminal activities, alcoholism, drug addiction, GBH & domestic violence, mental illness & death by suicide.
Where appropriate & for less critical convictions, it makes sense to commensurately reduce periods of unspent convictions, in line with commuted prison sentences,
