Many councils and companies are using covid to avoid they responsibilities to their residents and customers.
Why the contribution is important
It's bad enough that all call centres seem to be affected by this limited service approach to customer care.
It is totally unacceptable that Local Councils such as Edinburgh use it to circumvent consultation rules to enforce long term plans under emergency covid response.
It is criminal for the NHS to cease/limit other treatment requirements in the name of covid.
