Extended Winter Break

Move all schools to online learning from beginning of December to end January with only senior pupils attending and all others receiving online learning. The only issue will be childcare but at same time introduce Mini lockdown/home working. This will allow people to self isolate before Christmas and enjoy family time.
Allow retail to remain open but with strict restrictions. Allow extended opening to spread numbers visiting city shopping areas.

People need a goal to work towards. If they understand that following these restrictions will allow families to meet on Christmas Day they may get behind it.
