Family bubbles of 2 households

Allow family bubbles of 2 households to mix. That way people could support each other and avoid the isolation and depression caused by not seeing family. People would at least be allowed to see some of their family . They won’t keep following this anyway with Christmas approaching it would be better regulated. Do something about the people who do not follow the guidelines and put everyone else at risk.

Guidelines that people will actually follow would be better than the way it is with many people flaunting the rules and putting others at risk.
