Freedom to choose and manage responsibly

Let those of us who are lucky to not be so vulnerable have more freedom.
Keep masks in public places. Keep the good hygiene campaign. Make Track and Trace more effective and quicker.
Allow people to choose if they want to go somewhere but keep it mandatory to register contact details when visiting hospitality venues. Allow households to meet but request that they are responsible in keeping a note of contact times and details and have an active Contact enabled app if their phones support them.
If households meet have a maximum of two gatherings in a day, unlimited numbers but recorded.
Reduce distancing limit from two to one metre if a mask is worn. This could allow theatre, cinemas etc to work since we let people travel on public transport.
Encourage health services to resume.
Allow children who attend school to be free to mix.
Allow car sharing if masks are worn; as with public transport. This would not count toward the gathering limit.

There are a number of ideas to try and open up society again. If we want to accept the risk and play by the rules of being socially responsible it may help limit the damage that is currently being done to our society. Perhaps most important is to get the health service back to normality before we start to be affected in much greater numbers with other health issues.
