Invest on rapid testing and Covid Marshalls around the city

The purchase of rapid testing machines and rapid testing kits would be beneficial in order to test more and self isolate the positives without the need of affecting the whole population. The government can hire Marshalls to work around the city to check if rules are properly followed.

Because with increase testing also to asymptomatic people it is easier to stop the spread of covid-19 and furthermore it would not affect a whole population with a full lockdown. Marshalls are needed around the city and on public transport in order to see if people comply with the rule and tell people to wear masks properly and comply to social distancing.
