Limit alcohol
Limit alcohol amounts you can purchase people are bulk buying in the supermarkets and then using it for house parties. Also more ppl need to be on the streets because town is absolutely packed. On the spot fines for not social distancing and enforcing it.
Why the contribution is important
Because for someone who lives alone and cycling to work I see a massive amount of people sitting by the clyde side with large groups and alcohol. Also st the GOMA in the merchant city there was over 100 teenagers standing there and no police in sight.
