Local Area Travel Restrictions that are enforced

I want to pitch this idea without coming across to authoritarian in my approach. I think that having local travel restrictions, will help prevent the spread of coronavirus. Imported cases are massively causing the virus to spread across Scotland. That is why, the travel restrictions should actually be enforced by Police Scotland, and any other agency which is required to help with enforcement.

Stops imported cases from other parts of the country causing an uptick in other local councils.
