Local Council Restrictions Not Happening

With the situation as it is and with Nicola asking us to limit contact and avoid visiting others in homes, why are local council still sending their staff members into various homes every day. This is not for emergencies or urgent but for simple home repairs. Maybe Nicola should look closer to home for reasons this virus is getting out of hand. This does not boost our economy so why is it happening ? If we are being asked not to visit our friends or family in their home why is it safe for these people to attend homes in double figures 5 days a week ? It doesn’t make sense
