Local lockdowns
Measures should be local to areas that require them. The cost of a nationwide lockdown to the economy and health/wellbeing is not justified. Currently only 5 out of 14 health boards have more than 5 patients with confirmed COVID. Restrict measures to areas of high infection.
Why the contribution is important
Test and Trace should contain infection in areas of lower infection, if it works as we are led to believe. We have to learn to live with this virus in a realistic manner- a vaccine might be a long way off.
