More fines issued to noncompliance especially on face coverings in shops and after pubs spill out

People need to be made more aware of the consequences and the lack of compliance shows that . People would think twice ,especially young offenders if they faced the idea of being fined. This could be done by more officers or even the army helping out with clearing the streets at night . Even if it was for a short time to get the message across. Right now it’s making a mockery of the system.
