Open pubs later with seated only policy.
At the moment the virus is spreading like wildfire due to people meeting up in houses, even with a ban on meeting inside. Opening the pubs later with a strict seated only policy will ensure people who would socialise anyway are kept in a environment where strict enforcement of COVID regulations are undertaken keeping everyone safe.
Why the contribution is important
People are ignoring the ban on meeting up inside the house and are spreading the virus. My idea will keep people socially distant
