Rapid tests

There are reportedly rapid test facilities available to those who can afford them. (Private schools etc). Make these available at GP surgeries local to communities to enable quick and local testing. Also routinely test teachers / front line staff to prevent spread.

Support large event providers to purchase these facilities and add the cost of a test onto their ticket price to allow their industries to remain open.

Keeps things open, localises testing, quickly turned around results prevents delay.
