Re-educate on CORRECT mask wearing

Advertising campaign on tv/radio to re-educate the public on WHY masks help - even if just showing the study performed by lab tech Katie Corley showing effects of mask/no mask bacteria in petri dishes.
Have TV ads reminding the public and retail staff on how to correctly wear a face mask.
Reminders in the ads that face masks do not negate the need for social distancing.
Perhaps bring back "Charley" or even use actors/celebs who are popular across Scotland that the public might listen to in using humour or sketches to get the serious message across.
Maybe the Comedy Unit would be willing?

Face masks have been scientifically proven to prevent the spread of the virus, but so many people render them useless by leaving their nose exposed or keeping the mask under their chin.
Others seem to think the mask is a bulletproof shield meaning social distancing can be ignored which is not the case.
