Reason for living

We are losing sight of our reasons for living. Depression and anxiety are common side effects of not having a purpose in life. I am a mum, a wife, a daughter,a sister and a friend. I am a health professional, a person with a disability, a yoga novice, someone who lives with anxiety. All of these things are challenging at times. All these things bring joy and purpose. These are all more difficult to be now.
Let us be the people that we are. Don’t take our purpose in life away.

Why the contribution is important

I believe that for us to sustain through difficult times we need our reasons for living to keep us going. There are many of us not able to be who we need to be for family members. Allow us to see them again. There are many whose jobs will not survive the pandemic. Don’t just throw money at them ( if there is any more to give). Provide support to allow them to retrain to needed jobs whilst providing economic reward.
