Why the contribution is important
There is no empirical evidence that mask wearing reduces infection transmission. No evidence has been presented by ScotGov via Freedom Of Information, or indeed UK Gov via the same mechanism.
Forcing this behaviour is leading to the stigmatisation of the disabled or those unable to wear and who have an exemption.
Enforcing this is a horrendous waste of Police time when no positive effect has been observed in any population on the planet.
