Safe bus travel

Monitor bus Covid safety. It is not consistent and not being managed - people consistently not wearing masks, buses over capacity. Bus drivers alone cannot be expected to manage measures. First Glasgow need to demonstrate responsiblility for this. Their current response is that it is a Police matter to ensure Covid compliance.
