Switching extended households

If two households, one of which includes an elderly, vulnerable single person can self-isolate for 2 weeks, they should be able to meet indoors, with hand hygiene and distancing precautions (to include an overnight stay)

This would allow families who live a distance away from elderly relatives to visit them at Christmas - for the mental health and well-being of the elderly person at risk of prolonged isolation.
