Travel out of your health board area

When the advice is given not to travel out of your health board area, can it be made more specific that you shouldn't travel out to do something you can't currently do in your area. Encouraging people not to go to another health board, even if they are going to do a risk free activity, is unnecessary and could have a much bigger impact on mental health than intended. People want to follow the advice but it needs to be strict or precise so that we understand what we should and shouldn't do.

Why the contribution is important

It is difficult to follow advice when you see that other people are not following it because they don't even know that they are doing something wrong. It was mentioned in the First Ministers statement in parliament but I haven't seen it on any other list of guidance from the Scottish Government.
