With the economy stuttering and employment rates falling, less wealthy households are suffering the most.
Implementing universal basic income for all households would allow for both the vulnerable to stay afloat,
and provide more spending power to keep the economy moving.
People with unmet needs will spend it on the most important things first: rent, food, transportation etc...
