Vitamin D
Please advise everyone in scotland to take Vitamin D all winter at a high enough level. There are numerous trials showing the benefit for preventing complications from respiratory infections and we now also have good data for the help in relation to covid.
We know Scottish people have low vitamin d levels and it’s cheap. Why oh why haven’t you suggested this?

This should be part of the FACTS campaign. The Government should be sending vitamin D to vulnerable people.
