As long as all members of the wedding party have been tested and have their results before the wedding date that they should be allowed to attend a venue that has a large space. Say 3/5ths of the max capacity are allowed to attend.
Your allowed to be in a restaurant with strangers. I'd prefer to be in a room with my closest friends and family. All still in your own bubbles etc still complying with the social distance rules.

Why the contribution is important
Thousands of brides and grooms have lost out this year. The wedding industry is in tatters atm.
If the venue is capable of sticking to the guidelines of social distancing if they have a large venue or area then it should be safe to have more than just 20.
