Why the contribution is important

Promotes mental health and wellbeing. Slight negative for extra traffic on the road, however surely can’t be worse than going to the supermarket

    I realise this puts more pressure on petrol stations & breakdown services but I think the benefit outweighs the risk.

     'surely can’t be worse than going to the supermarket' Driving a car for pleasure is not comparable to going to a supermarket. The latter is done to provide a basic need - food without which people would starve.

    'Slight negative for extra traffic on the road'. There would be increased pollution including carbon dioxide, increased risk of road accidents putting pressure on the NHS and emergency services.
