Access to internet should be considered a basic utility and customers should be protected from having services removed . There should be consideration given to how to provide hardware to low income households

The ability to connect virtually has been absolutely essential for most people and will continue to be for some time.

    I would add a decent internet speed across the entire country is incredibly important

    Many people are being left behind as so much is directed or happens on line. Accessibility issues for people who have disabilities are not sufficiently addressed either. Speed of internet very important especially in rural areas and in multiple occupancy dwelling.
