Young Primary school pupils and nursery children cannot social distance they aren't social distancing in the hubs. Having less children in on rotation would be a waste of time and put restrictions on working parents. Wait until after the summer break and put all children back with lots of hand washing provision provided. Also childcare such as nurseries and childminders and aftercare have to open first before schools to allow parents back to work.

Except that young children won't social distance and ocukd negatively affect their mental health if made to. Also huge stress to staff trying to go against their nature and keep them away from each other.
