Allow all work and other activities that can safely be done outside in a 25 mile radius

Everything that can safely be done outside, with social distancing, should be allowed. A simple message, which needs to be policed.
But summer is starting and we need to move forwards.
It could, and should, even include small outside “schools” for children.
Face masks could be used for added safety.
I think it needs to be done fast. Otherwise the rule breaking will reach a dangerous level.

Scotland needs a different approach from England. But now that they are moving, the complete lockdown won’t be enforceable here for much longer. The sensible mindset of most Scots and the beautiful large open spaces of Scotland will help.
