Allow complimentary health therapies such as acupuncture and massage to reopen

I have some mobility problems which are helped with regular therapeutic massage and acupuncture. As these are one on one services but require close contact would it be possible for them to reopen if therapists were health checked and wore PPE?

Quality of life for people needing these therapies would be greatly improved.
