Allow construction workers back with masks/visors, gloves and social distance
Why the contribution is important
It would restart the economy and workers would be able to keep themselves safe.
It means of course that building suppliers would also have to open but again that could be done safely, like supermarkets
Everyone should wear masks/visors when out and about
