Many thousands of house transactions have been suspended for the last six weeks.Estate agents,Solicitors and Removal companies can transact their businesses safely,especially if they are family businesses.
There seems little reason if after six weeks, and if all parties in the chain have been well, that house moves should not now be given the green light to proceed whilst all parties adhere to social distancing and safe practices.

Why the contribution is important
The stress of moving is always great, and obviously this has been exacerbated by the necessary lock down.
After 6 weeks a number of people are just giving up and pulling out of their transactions.
Peoples general health and mental well being, being greatly affected by the constant stress of not knowing if your dreams and future life as planned will happen.
The Scottish Government not able to take the LBTT monies into the public purse.
