Allow keyworkers to move into a new property

Moving home can be done safely. New home moving guidance to unblock housing market for keyworkers/frontline workers.

During these uncertain times, keyworkers are working hard, risking their lives to save others. But some of us are living "on packed boxes" and unable to move to our new home/ council/housing property. By helping unblock housing market for keyworkers, the government will give us somethig to look forward, help us to live in better standards which will improve our mental health and on our days off we will have some extra time on our hands so this could be the perfect opportunity to do (almost) all of those things at our new home!
