Allow outdoor work with social distancing measures

Allow domestic and commercial outdoor businesses to resume with social distancing measures and/or use of PPE

Why the contribution is important

For the economy and for small businesses and the self employed to be able to survive.

    It has been shown that this virus does not survive outdoors. Allow us to open up outdoor sites e.g. construction sites, retailers etc so that there will be a economy left at the end of this who crisis. Politicians in this country through SG don't give a damn about the people, listening to all their words without any real understanding of what it is like for the normal folk, what an absolute joke and they need to be aware of this loud and clear.

    If opened this would lead to crowds congregating if no social distancing in place
    I personally would rather listen to Scottish government advice from a leader who has appeared daily giving updates than a prime minister who by ignoring his own government advice not only caught the virus but how many people did he infect including other members of government who tested positive

    I am in favour of this as long as those who are more vulnerable to the virus (i.e. pre existing medical conditions) are not forced to go back to work.

    I agree with this.

    As stated social distancing measures and/or use of PPE should be in place. For some businesses, such as house building, keeping safe may require more stringent management. Whilst in other activities, such as environmental surveying, social distancing comes naturally and should be easier to maintain.

    Definitely in favour of this. We must restart our economy and outdoor work is a good place to start with all the usual caveats.

    I support the return to work for outdoor workers eg the construction industry etc. Obviously social distancing and the wearing of face mask should be observed. We need to get the economy working again. It in no way prevents us protecting the vulnerable. It is not them or the rest of society. It is entirely possible to protect the health of the nation whilst allowing some economic recovery.
