Allow people to register paperwork for wedding

Think it is about time you allow registrar to allow people to log paper work for wedding in next 3 month because if at the end of may you allow wedding to go ahead in June, there is a 29 day waiting time for paperwork to be checked so this would stop any weddings for the month of June.

Why the contribution is important

We are due to marry on 17th June 2020 but even if they allow wedding after 28th may 2020 there is a 29 day checking period on paperwork so we are not going to be getting married the date is special to us and if we don’t get married on that date we are going to have to wait for 5 years to get the next date that would be special.

Perhaps the 29 day rule could be reduced.
Is it a legal requirement, or does it actually require 29 days to do the checks?

My understanding is it must be no less than 29 days unless exceptional circumstances exist. If this isn't classed as exceptional circumstances I don't know what is. I would just like the reassurance that the 29 days will be waived if the registrars re-open less than 29 days before my wedding date
