Allow property surveys to take place

We should allow property surveys to take place in unoccupied homes thus moving mortgages and property sales to take place ASAP

Why the contribution is important

We can’t just wait on everything
This represents a minuscule risk to the surveyors with correct PPE
And even if moves don’t take place it will be ready reducing huge backlogs

    Agreed. A relatively low risk profession compared to others which the govt is keen to get back to work (e.g. factories) and key to the economy and people's health if they need to move. Property market needs to restart quickly, particularly for those 'sales agreed' that are being stalled due to property surveyors not currently working. Let's get appropriate PPE and social distancing and hygiene measures in place and get on with it.
