Allow Shielding to exercise safely

Please continue to shield those in the highest risk groups but allow them to have some safe form of outdoor daily exercise. This could be a walk in quiet areas whilst following the two metre distancing rule.

Why the contribution is important

It is hard being confined to your home 24 hours, 7 days a week for a long period of time. It is good for everyone to get a little fresh air and exercise daily. This is important not only for physical health but mental health too. Lifting the restriction on leaving home slightly and in a safe way will benefit those shielding and may make compliance easier.
