Allow social interaction, but limit numbers
Allowing social interaction between households, but limit the numbers of people allowed to be involved, say 10 people for example.
This would mean that people are not isolated by the 'Bubble' concept, but would restrict the capacity for the virus to transfer due to the reduced numbers allowed to interact. Combined with a contact tracing App, this should enable people to re-commence social interactions, and limit the societal impact of CoViD.
The 'Bubble' idea will just increase anxiety for people through not understanding if they'll be selected, or knowing who to select.

It enables the population to re-commence social interactions, which should lessen the emotional impact of the restrictions while also limiting the capacity for the virus to spread.
