Allow the gathering of small friend groups

Allow the gathering of groups of friends/family below 3-5 people that are not in the high risk category. These people should ensure they are not in the vulnerable category or live with anyone in this category that would be at risk if they have corona virus.

This allows people who have isolated alone to have some human contact an important mental health benefit which many people will be struggling with after 7 weeks. Furthermore many people may be locked down with people who are degrading to peoples mental health and the support and benefit of small groups of friends meeting could ease some of the mental health impacts caused by lock down.
