Allow use of electric personal transport
If we are going to be asked/encouraged to walk or cycle and avoid public transport.. can we also investigate allowing for electric scooters, segways and e-bikes are legally allowed to be used on the public road/cycle way.
This would allow for those who have longer distances
to travel and are maybe are not as able as some, to still have access to personal transport options.
If we are taking the opportunity to explore a new way forward, legalising these more modern forms of transport would be a sensible move.

Why the contribution is important
Allows for more individual travel options which are environmentally sound.
