Allow visitation rights to estranged parents with children or adults who have special needs, disabilities or autism provided no one has shown any symptoms of covid 19. Visits should be limited to a day no overnight stays or change of households
Why the contribution is important
Many families have regular routines that have been brought to halt causing severe confusion to the child or adult and dramatic changes in their behaviours.
This has a profound effect on the parent who has custody and potential mental health issues.
