Allow water sports in a controlled club environment eg rowing and kayaking
Allow reopening of rowing and kayaking clubs linked to policies on numbers at any one time, crew sizes, equipment and premises use. Travel time of up to one hour to be allowed for this given the dispersed nature of the sport and access to waterways.

Contributes to health and wellbeing. Will ensure community clubs survive and can pay their bills
