Allow water sports such as kayaking, skiing, boarding and surfing in a controlled environment

That the above is permitted as social distancing is not a problem as all are solo activities.

    I strongly agree with "Allow water sports such as kayaking, skiing, boarding and surfing" and would be happy to restrict this to being on the water alone or in a one household group subject to them being responsible for their own rescue should they get into difficulties. I do not understand what "in a controlled environment" means - pehaps 'kyleskiboy' could either give a full definition of what they mean by the phrase or delete it? I favour deletion.

    Controlled environment - presumably in sheltered water away from strong offshore winds, tide races, overfalls etc.
