Allowing groups to meet
I believe that smaller groups should be allowed to meet i.e. direct family members or close friends. A wider network of 10-15 people as suggested sounds sensible.
A common sense approach should be applied and households with similar risk profiles should be able to co-mingle. For example, multiple households working from home etc.
Outside meetings also makes sense.

Why the contribution is important
Humans are social creatures and it is unnatural to restrict this for extended periods of time. People should be able to meet with close family members and friends. Especially if they fall within the same risk categories i.e. they are all working from home or not at risk with immune issues etc,
